Biking Abby

Abby is a pro on her little scoot bike.  Caleb used this when he was her age too, and they have both loved it.  I would highly reccommend these for kids that are 3 or 4.  It has really helped our kids to learn to balance and then in Caleb's case to be able to ride a real bike without training wheels.  The camera just loves Abby, and she complies with snap after snap with lots of posing and smiling.  On this particular afternoon, she took a spill, and I couldn't resist taking some shots of Jon comforting her.  Jon scolded me for it, but I am trying to capture our life in my pictures (rather than just portrait after portrait).  So the pictures got taken tears and all, and actually these shots are kind of precious to me!

Easter Egg Hunt Mania

In all our kids did 6 Easter egg hunts, which was perhaps a few too many.  But, there really weren't any that we wanted to skip out on!  It left a lot of cleanup of wrappers and halves of eggs for me, but the kids had a blast at each hunt.  Here some pictures of the one's that I got to capture with the wonders of the digital world.

Last of all was our own family hunt in our backyard.  Jon loves this one, and I love to see how excited he gets about it.   The kids love it too!

 

Now that is a whole lot of pictures and a whole lot of egg hunting!
