Caleb is officially 8 years old! We celebrated with cake and presents on his actual birthday.
His big present was a robot that is controlled by a coding program on the iPad. You can see from the kids' faces that Dash is a big hit! Caleb also got the game Ticket to Ride.
Despite my efforts to plan a big blow out party, Caleb only wanted to invite a few friends over for a sleepover. His buddies Mason Taylor and Caleb McCarver came, and the whole crew was full of energy and silliness for the entire night! Even Abby and Luke were super pumped about the party. I love that they are all holding hands in this picture!
The party had a camping theme, so we had to include s'mores by the campfire and sleeping in a tent.
The boys are convinced that they stayed up all night, but in reality they finally settled down at around 1:30 AM. We sure were tired the next day, but it was a fun memory made!
Happy Birthday to our sweet first born! We love our Caleb boy!
