Beach Day Number 2

After a great Thanksgiving Dinner, we all headed back to the beach.  I can see why people love living in Orange County.  The weather was perfect, and the fun on the beach was unending.  The kids loved digging trenches, jumping off of sand piles, and running into and out of the waves.  I loved playing with my camera and trying to get some silhouette sunset pictures.  I wish we lived closer and could do this more often!

The kids stopped on the walk down to the beach for a quick (very quick!) picture.

Abby was quite the little poser!  These pictures of her were hilarious in sequence!  She loved being the center of attention!

Beach Time: Day 1

Our kids LOVED getting to go to the beach in California!  Really you can tell from the pictures that they had a blast!  We went to two different beaches.  Here are the pictures from Beach #1:

California Thanksgiving

Our family of five headed to Orange County to visit the SoCal and NorCal Caprons for Thanksgiving. We had a great time, and I took like 250 pictures. So I have a lot of picture to share!  We always exchange our Christmas presents at Thanksgiving time, and of course that was the first thing that the kids wanted to do when we got there!

Of course we made time for some forced pictures...

Turkey Dinner Cafeteria Style, Pigtails, and Buddies

I will always remember my parents and sometimes my grandparents coming to eat a Thanksgiving dinner in the school cafeteria with me, so I was glad to find out that Caleb's school does the same thing!

I love this picture of our whole family!

Abby was excited to get to go to Caleb's school.  She has been wanting to go for a long time.

Here is our little Baylor fan showing off her pigtail hairdo.  Her hair is finally long enough for this fun look, which is a popular one in the 2-3 year crowd!

Here are few pictures that I took of Caleb and Abby during the Baylor homecoming weekend.  Abby always wears her smocked Baylor dress to church on Sundays after a great Baylor win.  In this case, she just wore it because of homecoming!

Here are a couple of pictures of the grownups with the kids too.  I know I will cherish these as my kids get older!

Last are a few pictures of the kids with my Dad and Tammy when they came to visit a week ago.  I always forget to take pictures until the morning that they are leaving, but I am glad to have this pictures of the kids and their grandad!  And Tammy too!
